98 Discovery Engine ECU Fuse Problem

I have a 98 Discovery 50th Anniversary Ed. For the Past 2 or 3 Month, whenever I drive it, it blows the ECU fuse at random intravals, making it lose spark to where all it will do is roll over, but not start. I can replace the fuse, located under the dash, and it will fire right up. Here latly though, it has started blowing the fuse more frequently, and has also started blowing the fuse right after I replace it and turn the switch to the on position. I have torn out the dash and checked everywhere I can think of for a bare wire to cause a short. Is there anybody else who has experienced this problem that might could help me?

I have never seen this issue before, I would call Nathan at www.discountbritishparts.com and ask some advise. I could be something simple or could be a real pain.
