99 disco II significant leak please help!!!

i have noticed a leak getting worse. fluid is now accumulating and dripping off a 5 inch wide bar that runs across bottom of my disco right under front seats. above this bar is center diff??? i did just have center diff fluid serviced is it possible drain plug isnt fitted properly? the whole bar is getting saturated with multiple drip points forming. is sit safe to drive to get serviced???

Look to see if the drain plug is even installed... also check to make sure that the fill plug is installed.

thanks, figured out its oil. some say rear main others say it too far front and oil valley pan gasket

Just think of your Rover as a European Harley Davidson... it is marking its territory. If it stops leaking is when you have issues.
