Alarm System

Odd. I just came in awhile ago, parked in the driveway, locked the car, walked in my house, set my keys on the kitchen counter and sat down at the computer. After several minutes my horn started honking...as in the alarm system was triggered. I rushed to my keys and hit the lock button...the honking stopped. I went outside to see what was going on. All doors were shut completely. I don't quite know what made the alarm system go off.

Any ideas?

Ghetto neighborhood? heh heh.

Same happened to me parked inside my garage. And it was the rear hatch wasn't quite slammed all the way.

Or it could have been working correctly and prevented your truck from getting boosted!!

First time it happens, random.
Second time take it to the dealer...Could be a door switch.
Or start a neighborhood watch!!!
