Has anyone with a D1 ever run these size tires (255/65R-16 ) on their truck? Was there any rubbing? Trying to buy some all seasons on line and they list this size as standard size. My all seasons are 235 70 R16's.

Those tires, according to my rough math, are about the same height as stock, they're just 20mm wider. You _might_ have some rubbing on the radius arms at full turn but there shouldn't be rubbing anywhere else.

How about 245 75 R 16's or 245 70 R 16's?

Either of these two will fit without much issue as long as you don't do serious offroading, otherwise a weee bit of trimming may need to be done in the rear fenders and the bumb stops adjusting up front.

255/65/16 is the stock tire size of a DII/P38 and will work with your D1. its about the same height as the 235/70/16 but slghtly wider. 245/70, 245/75, and 255/70 would also work but may require minor modification.
