Any one replace U Joint on disco II

i did a whole bunch of searching but could not find a thread to replace the u joints. is there one? anybody done it? it seem like you don't need to replace the drive shaft but just the u joints since they're the issue. thanks.

If I recall correctly (I have made mistakes...) you have to change the driveshaft.
