Whoa! I think I caught myself holding my breath when he stopped on that incline. Great video!

(not sure about the guy stepping in front to pull down the front end, though...:stupid:)

Note to self - don't stop when going up "The Rock".
Anybody know what kind of tires those are? Seemed like 18" wheels or even possibly 17" with MTR's of some kind. Nice.

This is TiaanS from over on Disco3. I think he has 17" BFG ATs.

I don't think you can fit a 17" rim on an LR3. ...and they DO sell the Goodyear MT/R in the OE size in other countries, and that's probably what they are. MT/Rs on an 18" rim.

I think he got scared when the wheel came off the ground and stopped. Would it be best to lower the suspension for this?

No you dont want to lower the vehicle you will loose wheel travel and ground clearence , you dont want to get caught on somthing, or loose traction

You can get the mtr in the states for the 19" rim that fit well i think 255s
the 18s are avalabe in a 275-65 I have heard reports of guys running this size w/o to much of a problem some minor rubbing issues.

There's another one on youtube with a RRS going up, then down. That is seriously steep. I don't think it's as steep as it looks on camera, but it's close.
