Battery issue

Started getting this warning on opening the door in the morning. Battery was replaced about 10 months ago and tests out OK as does the charging system. Vehicle starts fine and the warning goes away with driving but reappears after sitting overnight. Can't find a battery level display in the info menu. Have disconnected dashcam and phone chargers but problem persists. Been to the dealer 3 times but they can't find the problem other than the batter needs charging and then checks out fine. Did a drain test but nothing found. Appreciate any ideas?

Did they reset the BMS after replacing the battery? Have the grounds been checked?

Yes BMS was reset and grounds were good
