Body mount bolts - reusable?

I'm about to install my t44 rock sliders and the instructions didn't say anything about tightening torque. I looked in the workshop manual and it notes that the body mount bolts are single use. They're listed with a single torque value, though, so don't seem to be torque to yield. Do I delay install until I can source new bolts or am I ok?

Torque to spec and don't lose sleep over it.
