I wanted to install a couple of Thule crossbars but didn't have the rails. Went on car-part.com and found some factory rails - with all the required bolts, washers, plastics caps for $125 from a wrecked LR4. That's usually my goto site for parts for all my cars. They arrived, fit great and looked as good as new.

I also did the same, needed the cross-bars (which are Thule apparently for OEM) and went to car-part.com and found a factory pair but with the rails attached, and they couldn't remove because they didn't have the key! So I have ordered the key from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FBEN192/, you need to specify the lock number from off the lock), and I should be able to extricate the cross-bars from the rails and use them on mine.
