Just wanted to bring you up to date on the brake situation. That was the worse expreience I have ever had in regards to working on a vehicle. I could not get one lug nut off!!!! They were on there like they were holding together the space shuttle! I broke the cheap lug wrench that came with the truck then had to spend several hours trying to get the other piece of the lug wrench off of the lug nut. I then used an impact wrench and still nothing! So I had to admit defeat and wind up taking it to the shop.:frown: I''m just glad I found all of this out in my driveway instead of on the highway with a flat. Just wondering, has anyone else had trouble getting their lug nuts off?

Sounds like someone put them on with an impact wrench, but without using a limiter.

Without a limiter and a final touch of the trusty torque wrench?
