car was killed my mirror today

The car wash owner basically said there was no way he was going to pay for a brand new LR mirror which sustained damage from a simple car wash...when it must have been due to a defective mirror. LR Dealer of course says they wont replace it under warranty.

CORRECTION...TITLE WAS SUPPOSED TO READ "CAR WASH KILLED MY MIRROR TODAY"

Hmmm, I'd fight your dealer on this one. A car should be able to stand up to the car wash!
