cd changer ?

discovery II 2001
cd changer is not working properly it loads & hear some whirring of the motor.but nothing else...
i did load it correctly & used both original cd's & cdr's.
please help ?

(does this factory cd changer have a reset button?)

As far as I know, the CD players do not have a reset button. I have a 98 disco I and the CD player just kept changing the CD's. I took it to a repair shop and they fixed it for about a $100.00 Another option is to buy a used one off of Ebay. I believe the players are Pioneer. check the part number on the player and just do a search.
