Hey guys landy again. 1995 D1 Just got a OEM cd changer went to plug it in( 13 pin plug and a 3pin plug) and nothing happens. I press the button on radio to select cd and it doesnt even recognize it. I know car stereos and know when you plug in a cd changer you get noise comming from the unit, there is nothing.
Radio and cassette work fine and all speakers are fine. Went to check fuse, when i pulled it it sounded like there was a relay that clicked when i took it out and again when i plugged it in. Could it be a relay?????? Could it be a Ground????
I figure the three pin plug which only has two wires is the power for the unit, i put a tester on it and have my 12v there. Any insight would be great Thanks guys.
