Central Deferential Lock for a 2000 DSCO2

I would like to make use of the DIFF lock I have in my disco. Could someone please give me some information (Steps, Images and Cost) on how to go about this?

price varies depending on how you do it. You can go as cheap as a $10 chock cable and install it to activate or $700 buying a new cdl lever.

When I have the central diff locked, is it ok to have the traction control working?

Yes, you can use the diff lock and TC at the same time, it acually works better this way.

I spoke to West Cost Rovers about fitting a CDF to my Disco2 and they asked for $500 to fit a Disco1 shifter. I have not herd about this before. Does anyone have this fitted? And is this something worth spending $500 on.
