Coolant Level on Range Rover 2012

i have noticed my coolant level message on my instrument cluster has come on twice and I have had to fill to level. It has happened though with only at the most between fills at a 200 to 300 mile range. Vehicle only has 63,343 miles on it. Using the Cool Dex coolant

I dont see where I am losing coolant, visible leaks, so where is it going? Hopefully not in the cylinders?

Any ideas, should it go to shop? Why also does my yellow triangle light go on now and staying when I
turn on the vehicle?

Looking for the same help here. Our 2011 is doing the same thing. Had the water pump replaced a year ago under the CPO warranty. Under the LR4 I see a lot of leaks having to do with the crossover tubes. I can smell it but see nothing!
Looking for a place to start diagnosing!

On my 13 RRS I had similar ssue and traced a small leak to the plastic bleeder cap towards the back of the bay on the passenger side. I replaced it with a brass one and the problem was solved. It was also one of the 1st things I did to the 2012 replacement L322 I just bought after the RRS was destroyed.

I have 2012 RRS 5.0 HSE Lux.
The crossover tube tends to crack. Best to replace it at the same time as the water pump.
Lesson learned for me. Had the same issue, drove me nuts trying to find the leak after replacing the water pump. LR service dealer mentioned that the the crossover tube goes out before the water pump majority of the time. Took me about 3-4 hours to replace both.
LR Service Dealer wanted about $1,800.
Parts: Water pump/outlet tube/O-Rings
Crossover tube (Flange tube)
+ Coolant
Spent about $450 on parts.
