Dash Lights

Does anyone know how to replace a burnt out dash light. I have one light on the engine temp gauge that is out. Any ideas on how to replace them and also are they regular lights or LED Lights that you have to solder it in place. Thanks for your help.

It's a 1999 DII

Regular bulbs that screw in.

Remove two screws under dash that holds the top cover on.

Remove the dash cover.

Find offending bulb and remove, replace with new.

Replace dash cover

Replace two screws.

is this the same for removing a dash light for an 05' LR3?

Not sure on the LR3, sorry haven't touched one..
