my son's 2000s RR, instruments wont work when the outside temperature gets into the -20C temp, when the temp rises inside the vehicle, they work. can someone help with this problem? thankyou

Don't know what could cause this, but you should post it under the range rover tech section to get more views. Maybe someone can help you there.
