I just did it myself -- non winch bull bar
I did it pretty well (Im handy / mechanical / etc)... 2 holes in bumper need to be drilled. I drilled mine slightly too high so unfortunately you can see just a very bit of the holes, but its fine. I'd go 2-3 mm lower than what it says on the instructions (which are pretty easy to follow)
Also realize that when you tighten / thread in the 2 main bolts securing the thing (the upper ones that go thru the holes you drill)... the bolts do NOT go in perpendicular to the bumper skin. The threads in the frame of the truck are slightly skewed... passenger side points slightly passenger-side and driver side points slightly driver-side. You'll see what I mean. I stripped my drivers side one trying to force it, thinking that the frame rail threads werent quite tapped (common on things like this).
