This is legal in some states though. Arizona it is legal to pass on the right if there are more than 2 lanes, such as this clip.

Not sure about the laws on where this was filmed though.

LOL...if passing on the right were illegal in Oregon, every highway would effectively be one lane. The sheer prevalence and tenacity of people who steadfastly do the opposite of the signs that say "Slower traffic keep right" is impressive.

Yeah probably, but only when a dumb @$$ threads the needle with an aggressive lane change between two semi's. Clearly the fault of the car. I know you weren't talking fault either. ;-)
