Discoloration of integrated roof rails on LR3?

The integrated roof rails on my LR3 seem to be getting discolored. They are starting to look multicolored - like what gasoline looks like on the surface of water (lake). Does anyone else have this or has anyone seen this? Thanks!!!

Roof Rails

I had this problemonmine along with the door jambs. I used som car wax and it fixed it. It worked so well that I used it on my other car which is about 4 years old and brought that black back to new. I hope this works for you.
