Things that make you go HMM....

I could get the wheel repaired anywhere I wanted and submit the reciept to NTB via a form he would give me.


If a place has a form on-hand and ready to hand out for this, you know there is a problem...

I'm glad everything turned out okay for you.

Wow, what an awful experience. I never use NTB (or any of the big tire chain stores) because of the poor quality level, such as what you experienced.

Luckily, we have a very good local tire shop where you get very basic work done such as mount/balance ($5) and rotations (which are free). They actually encourage you go into the service bay while the tire mechanics perform the work. They also perform safety/emissions inspections for about 1/3 the price of a car dealership.

Otherwise, all other work is performed at the dealership while under warrantee.
