Do Range Rover wheels and tires fit in LR4s?

So in laymen’s terms, YES these wheels WOULD work on my LR4

 

You are correct earlier Range Rover wheels require different lug nuts. The wheels in the photo are from a later model though (2006+) and will use the same lug nuts as standard LR4 wheels. The key here is the spoke has the little indent where it meets the rim, earlier version did not have this indent.
