I need to find the relay for the back eletric windows on a 1996 landrover discovery TDi.

Normally when the Rear window do not work correctly, it is the window ECU as noted in my link I posted.

I recently purchased a 96 discovery and have been very pleased thus far however there are a few things wrong-any advice etc would be appreciated...one of the back windows does not roll down(will try provided link and see if that works) the rear sunroof does not work, the disc changer/cd player and when I turn on the fog lights it blows a fuse.. besides being a female I know nothing about LR's yet but am intersted in learning all I can THANKS!!!

If only one rear window, then it could be the above issue, or the switch... have you tried to lower window via door switch. If that doesn't work, it could also be wiring or the window motor.

Rear Sunroof does not work, could be the motor or the switch. Or worse case senerio in could be the Sunroof ECU going bad.

CD player works till you turn on the fog lights? sounds like a short in the fog lights... bad bulb or just a dead short. (personally have never had a use for the stock fog lights, the just don't work that well. (removed mine)

Mine are intermittant as well. I suppose I'll try to re-solder the connections on the circuit board.
Strange indications with mine...when they didn't work, I rapped on the passenger kick panel and they worked, but...the flashers started going! Then, after a rap-a-tap to make that stop...the central locking didn't work. Go figure!
You gotta love these things.

The issues you are having Lendawg sound like the ECI under the dash and it need a good soldering.
