I've had mine since June, 2014. I used it for the first time last week for a new water pump installed at the dealer. I bought the Land Rover Extended Warranty for $3500 giving me until 2020 and 100,000 (currently at 45,000). There was no deductible for the water pump. The job would have cost around $700. If it saves me that much each year it has paid for itself.

I want a 2013 model and I'll get a certified pre-owned, which come with a 100k mile warranty but I think I'll buy some kind of service plan after I find out exactly what that pre-owned warranty covers. IF I have to buy some kind of coverage, it sounds like it's going to more than pay for itself.
