Transmission leak- pls help

Urgent pls -TRANSMISSION LEAK
My 2006 LR3, with 87k mile transmission oil was changed a month ago & its drives well after the oil change, until a week ago when i took it on a 3hours long journey then i noticed that oil stated coming out from under the suv, i pull over and allow the car engine to cool, i then trace the oil to know where its leaking from, what i discover is that the oil is coming out from the 2 hose at the back of the engine, the 2hose coming from the transmission gear box its self. i kept a plastic tube there to see the level of leakage, i drove to work 2 hours from my house & check the plastic to see, on getting the plastic tube, the oil in it is up to a small tee cup say 25cl. i replace with another tube but the oil kept coming in that same quantity. my car still drive well- but am scare may b sometin will happen. when i diagnose with my OBD2 machine it say p0786 gear 3-4 shift. Am confuse- pls someone should help

It sounds like you have a transmission problem. How many miles do you have on this, what year is it? Once you have enough posts, you can send me a PM with your e-mail address.

A fluid change will most likely not fix your problem. It sounds like the torque converter has a problem. I will try to get more details and let you know.

Has anyone scanned it for fault codes?
If you have a P0729 - P0736, you pretty much need a transmission.

hi to every one in the house. my transmission is 100% OK now, i changed the transmission fluid and the filter in the transmission. The oil was very dirty and also low. Changing of the oil and the filter has save me plenty of unnecessary spending....
