Failure to Start Issues

So, on Saturday, leaving Home depot my 98 Discovery decided it wouldn't start. Spark is reaching the plugs, the problem seems to be no fuel.

We eventually released the gas cap and retightened and hey presto it started. of course it didn't last, but at least it is the fuel injection system.

This sounds like a pressure issue. Any ideas?

Sounds like the fuel pump is telling you it is about to die
