faulty wiper

We had an unexpected snow storm here this morning, which I usually welcome because of my 2011 LR4. However, upon returning to the vehicle in a parking lot while out, I found that my driver's side windshield wiper was malfunctioning, It seemed to be stuck under the other one, and was trying to work, but couldn't. It being Sunday, I can;t reach anyone at the dealership, and can't drive it in this weather now. Any suggestions?

First, welcome to the forum.... second, not sure on the LR4, but on the older disco's they wiper is held on my an 11mm nut IIRC and this may just need to be tightened to get things working again.
