Hi I cannot locate the A/C drains inside my 2005 Freelander. Do I have to remove the whole console to locate it? Please advise. I have spend days drying the carpet on the passenger side. I have checked the sunroof drains (back ones are clogged but the headliner is not wet), the air vent cowl, the antenna and all the windows. I would like to find the drain hoses so I can rule the A/C in or out. It is a Canadian version so the passenger side is on the right. Thanks

I looked again today. Do I have to take the whole evap unit out as in the manual:
AIR CONDITIONING
82-16 REPAIRS
Evaporator
82.25.20

or can I access the drain hose another way.

I guess I can crawl under the car and look for the other end of the hose and clean it - but if it is disconnected inside the car, that will not help.

Please give me a hand. I am trying to avoid costs and complications.

Thanks
