Front Air Struts - time to replace...what else "while I'm in there"?

On the passenger front side (Left hand drive), how do you get to the back nut on top of the air strut? Would greatly appreciate any insight on this conundrum. Thanks

As f1racer328 said. Sometimes you can access from the engine compartment with a long extension and a swivel socket.
Or, use a flex head ratchet with a 15mm socket. Do this one last, so the nut is not rising as you loosen it.
