Fuel door sticking

Just went to fill up and the fuel door is sticking, now I have to push harder and a few times for it to open. Should I lubricate it with something? Has anyone had this issue?

Got some 3 in 1 oil and squirted it in, seems fine now. Just an FYI if someone ever has this issue!
