My '94 Disco leaks gasoline if I fill it up all the way. Also, when the tank is (mostly) full - it leaks a little when out on the trail. Is this the dreaded fuel filler hose that I hear people talk about? What's the best way to get to it/how do I fix it?

Thanks!
Tim

Sounds like either the fuel hose or the tank is cracked. There was a recall on the tank, but not sure if I recall what years where covered.

I would climb under and look for the leak, and also call you local LR dealer with your VIN and ask about the recall.

OK thanks! It's not leaking now (just sitting there), but it happens when it's full. I'll call the dealership & check that out. I didn't think that they'd want anything to do with it after all these years:help:

Hey, I have one more question (if I may)...

Where would I find the ABS fuse in my '94?

Thanks again. I've got to go get my brakes checked. I 'bout killed myself a couple days ago on the trail - trying to slowly back down off of an obstacle to pick a different line. I had my brakes to the floor, but it felt like barely half of the four brakes were working :ahhhhh:

From then on, whenever I had to back down a hill - I had to pull the ebrake first to help me stop! Not fun.

That would be the same reason I removed my fuse. I haven't had an ABS related braking problem in 5 years
