Has anyone reflashed their 3.0SC V6 aka Tune?

I guess the other question is, once you've put on both pulleys, you're running the supercharger 20-21% faster. Will you be able to flash back to stock for emissions testing without throwing codes?

I thought I would post on this since I just updated my 17 D5 SCV6 with the 12% reduction pulley. I bought this D5 last Dec after my LR4 was wiped out by a young kid in houston. After bringing the D5 home i found an issue with the SC snout and decided to pull it all apart and upgrade some things. Yes the smaller pulley made a difference on the performance on the D5 (BTW 17 D5 has the same engine as the LR4 SCV6). Still not 5.0 levels but much better.

Hi all, I had a coolant lake in the valley so decided to do the bearing and smaller upper pulley while I was in there.

The job wasn't particularly hard with an hydraulic press from harbour freight.

I hardest part was separating the snoot from the supercharger. In the end I put down the mallet, and picked up the hammer and used a socket extender. Some minor marring on the snoot but all is well.

The amount of oil in the intake was a bit worrying but I looked at the valves, only the stems were carbon filled, but if anyone has advice on the state of the valves let me know.

Immediately what I noticed was that the upper pulley made a difference in throttle response. Next is the tune and lower crank pulley. But I'm trying to decide which one to go for.

Viezu and APVelocity seem great with good customer support and both stated they would give me a second map should I install the map first followed by the lower pulley.

It wasn't super difficult to do and it's definitely DIY with basic hand tools and a press.

Hey, question for you guys who have done this (like @Fuji4 @16FujiDisco). In terms of being able to go back to stock, does your VFlash device show the original file as an option? I loaded up the files from VAP, but it looks like only the Stage I and II files are present. I know CO is going to be going to CVN checks for emissions soon, so want to make sure I'll be able to restore to stock to pass...
