Look man this is an internet forum not a mechanics' shop. You have to have realistic expectations of us! Plus, you gave very little information.
It sounds like the vehicle immobilizer. I'm not sure if a hard reset helps with that, but I'd start there.

Well...if it weren't for the hazards coming on I'd just think it was a dead battery. It's common to get weird faults like an HDC fault when the non-charging voltage is low; however, those hazards being on makes it sound like immobilizer. I don't know the remedy for that. It sounds like a trip to the dealer, to me.
