HELP!! 99 RR cranks but no spark

At the end and need help.
Issue: I replaced throttle body hose started my 99 Range Rover up with no leaks and good coolant temp. Shut off came back a hour later and it would not start.
gas but no spark. Got a scanner, P1668 reading, I know what it means but the key is how to fix it. I replaced the crankshaft sensor just to see-nothing changed. I did not my 99 RR all winter but need my RR back on the road. Idea's please.

more info

would a bonnett open fault cause a no spark issue via Alarm and thus not allow my 99 RR not to start.

If the alarm senses issues, it may not start.
