Help!!!! Possessed Range Rover!!!!

My 2001 Range Rover HSE has started starting itself all on its own!!! I' ll turn it off, remove the key, close the door, and it will suddenly start up. It will even continue to try and start itself after the motor is running, which is playing hell on the starter!!!! If I open the door and giggle the steering wheel it will cut off. But when I shut the door again it will start again!!! It's driving me crazy. Any ideas or thoughts? Could it be a relay or a short somewhere? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!!!!

Has someone installed an aux. starter?
One way or the other, you need to get it to a good mechanic, "YESTERDAY" before it shorts itself and burns to the ground. Rovers do burn and melt in a hurry.

Thanks Mike. As a matter of fact, the guy I bought it from said he had just repalced the starter!!! So you think that is where the problem might be? Anyway, it goes to the shop on Monday, and I've parked it until then.
