Help with Disco 1 door

i’m trying to change out window motor in rear driver side door. Can some one help me with instructions on how to take off inner door cover so I don’t create more problems, thanks, From San Antonio texas

The door panel is best removed with a tool specifically for pulling the plastic stays out. My cheap set is from Harbor freight and works fine. Google "Discovery window repair" and you will see some good instructions. Rodger
