Your spark plugs would not be replaced under warranty usually, but if you have your old work orders, look at the parts list and see.
If you have not had plugs installed this could be part of the problem, at your mileage spark plug wires are junk and should be replaced.
As for gas additives, I think B&G's 44K is the best followed closely by SeaFoam then Cheverons Techtron. The rest fall in under the catagory of "SO SO".
What year is your truck again?
When you buy plugs get the Bosh Platiumn Plus 4's and for wires buy 8mm, plug wires like Magnaco or better, they will make a hugh difference in your power.
By the way, Seafoam can be purchased at Napa, make sure you buy 3 cans, I'll tell you what to do with it when you're ready.
Also, has your check engine light come on during any of your recent problems?
