Hollinsclough in the Peak District UK, Drivers Eye Video

We were out for one last trip at the weekend. The Peaks was the most central point for us all although I’ve gone right off the place with the amount of sour faces you drive past. I mean we wave and smile to everyone, split into smaller groups and drive respectfully and we still cop flack.

Anyway, I started editing the footage to make a short film and the camera from the lead car showed what I thought was a brilliant drivers eye view of the Hollinsclough lane, which I think is the toughest lane left in the Peaks. It gives you a real feel for the lane and I thought made an interesting film.

Why all the sour faces? Do they feel the 4x4s are "destroying the environment," or what is their deal?

The Peak District is famous for having action groups of walker and Horse riders who all think we are the devil. There is a big anti 4x4 campaign going on. If I'm honest for every 10 well run careful group of drivers there will be one gang of idiots and for some reason they can't separate us!

I made this that happened on the same day, as a bit of a tongue in cheek way to say 'hey we are careful and you guys aint so good. I cant explain the kind of abuse I'm getting for it!
