I need an engine!!

Anybody out there bought an engine lately? I have a 94 Discovery that I purchased for $350 that has dropped a liner. So it will need a new short block at least. I've seen used engines on eBay, and I know I can use a newer 4.0 or even 4.6, but does anyone have firsthand recomendation for a source for a reman or used engine? I've heard some good things about Car Cannibal, but I would like some other opinions.

Hey Stephen

I suggest you contact the guys @ Rancho (Sacramento) Rover dismantlers. They might have a better deal for you, and I see them wrecking (newer) rovers all of the time that you could take an engine from for your project:

Check them out, perhaps they'll have a cheap solution for you
