Hello everyone,
Just purchased my very 1st Disco with 124k miles.Unfortunatly do no know much of trucks previous maintenace before purchase, since then have replaced tranny, transfer case, battery, starter and finally alternator. Now mechanic is telling me knocking sound heard is probably main bearings or rods going out. Interesting thing is it was not making knocking sound before the it was put in shop for tranny rebuilt.
At a lost here do not want to sink anymore money into this if no light at end of tunnel!!!!!!
