Hello all ,
I live in the Scottish Borders and have just bought a Defender 90 and also own a TD5 Discovery .My challenge at the moment is to adjust the new drivers door so it fits well. It closes , but need raising about 5mm and I can only assume that I need to enlarge the hinge holes on the bulkhead to give more hinge adjustment , all ideas welcome .

Over the years I have owned over 12 Landrovers and despite their quality issues , I think they are superb and great fun to drive.

Welcome to the forum... there should be enough play in the door... just loosen it and have someone raise the door a little remember a little goes a long way when talking doors or hoods.
