Key remote not setting memory seats on '06 RR

I purchased an '06 RR last month with the luxery interior package. The contour seating is awesome and the memory functions for storing seat/mirror/steering wheel locations work great, but only on the 3 buttons on the drivers seat. My key remotes don't return the seats to the presets if somebody moves them. The manual says this is a dealer programmed option. I called my salesman and he was clueless. The closest dealer is about 100 miles away, so does anybody know if this is something I can fix myself before making a trek back to the dealership?

If the salesman was clueless, call and talk to the service manager... I wish I could help more, but my '97 doesn't have memory Seating.
