Or do any of you even care?

http://www.landrover.com/au/en/lr/discovery-4/accessories/

Stumbled upon it today. This is a wild guess but being that the VPLAP number is fairly "high" in the sequence (i.e., 0108), this might be a recent addition?

By the way, it looks like shiny aluminum alloy so I am not sure if that is a turn off.

What do you all think?

It's nice to see a bullbar offered, but I don't like it (personally). I wonder how much it will cost - likely several thousand since it's OEM.

I would consider the purchase because I really like the aesthetic design of it as compared to other bull bars for the LR4. I am very uncertain, however, of the shiny/blingy finish.

You could probably have it powder-coated black or something?

I like design, just not the shiny finish. It looks a bit like the ARB front bumper.

I would paint it or get it powder coated black, but looks interesting.

Me too. I like the overall look and fit, but wonder about the actual quality and functionality.

Ug, its hideous in its bling format. But as a practical point, the attack angle is not improved vs the ARB bumper.

It may be the photo, but it also appears the bars may be a little too close to hood, grille and paintwork for comfort. It seems to be little more than a bumper cover with a bull bar attached over it, so I fear a real hit against a rock on those bars may cause them to flex in and damage the hood or something. Then you'd have two things to fix: Your car, and the shiny bull bars.
