Land rover LR4 Supercharged swap

I completed a supercharger swap on a 2011 land rover lr4. I used and ecm from a 2012 Range rover sport sc. Engine is running well but its throwing faults related to the cam profile control function. The cam profile control is not on a Supercharged engine.
I assume its looking at the CCF file which says its a naturally aspirated engine. I'm not able to change the CCF without throwing every other system into faults.
Can you tune this monitoring out of the ECM?
The engine runs great otherwise. I just need to get rid of those faults.

After more investigation, i believe the ECM has both modes programmed into it and its currently running in "naturally aspirated" mode since that's what it sees on the CCF file. Can you tune an ECM to force the program to ignore the CCF and run in supercharged mode?

Tbh, I don't know but could you get a cam profile control from the RRS SC? I would think the timing is different between the two engines.

SOLVED IT!.. Figured I would document it for someone else doing this project. When I adapted the new SC PCM to the LR4 using the SDD software, it was not only adapting it to sinc the immobilizer, it was also reprogramming it to run as a naturally aspirated engine. So it ran ok but it was not running as a supercharged engine and the fault logic was all wrong. So I tried something different. When you startup the SDD software it asks for the VIN number. Instead of putting in the LR4 VIN, I used the Range Rover Sport SC VIN and did a new configure on the PCM. When i did this it, it also changed the CCF file to a range rover sport so all the screens said Range rover also. (This causes all the other ECU's in the truck to fail because they are not configured to a Range Rover). So now the PCM is back to a supercharged program. First problem solved. Now the problem is the CCF. To fix this I restarted the SDD software and put in the LR4 VIN number. Then i used the software to change the CCF file back to the as built LR4. This did not touch the PCM! . When I started it up, it was running supercharged. Now I get boost pressure and its not looking for CAM profile sensors. DONE!!!

So the project included installing a supercharger from a 2012 Ranger rover sport donor, including the wire harness, the cooling fan, the supercharger cooling radiator and the PCM. I also wired up the supercharger cooling pump on a separate circuit that runs all the time. I purchased SDD software online. Now its running great with way more power.
