Certainly a few posts already about this, but doing this for newbie LR4 owners like myself. I noticed gas smell in garage after full tank fillup. Researched and read about either decayed seal on tank top filter unit or cracks in the unit itself.
Then discovered the recall service bulletin attached. Called LR and they checked my VIN. Said it was still open and to bring it in. They will replace filter unit and seal for no charge.
So well worth calling LR service dept wherever you live and have them run your VIN. BTW, the VIN in the picture is just a random one in the screen shot I grabbed off a Google search.
