Lease or Buy

I am deciding in two hours: Lease or buy. New one arrives this afternoon and I have to decide this morning. I owned the old one and will probably lease/24mo the new one. Help me make up my mind...!

bought. now covered 39000 miles. still under the standard 4 year / 50,000 mile warranty.
want to upgrade warranty till 100,000 miles. any ideas on the pricing options?
