my LR4 lux came with one- even though i told them i didn't want it. i did order the heavy duty package, which showed one price in the build paperwork, but when the car came- the window info showed a different lower price and a separate loadspace cover price- which when added together was just slightly over the original quote. could it be part of the heavy duty package?

I don't think the load space cover comes with the heavy duty package - but maybe they changed something? I have a 2013 with the HD package and it did not come with the load space cover. I kept mine (though I don't really use it) from my 2011.

I ordered mine in mid July (2013) with the HD pkg and it was not included.
Our 2013 with the heavy duty package did not come with a cargo cover. But our LR3 did come with one and it fits the LR4 as well. So we just share it between both vehicles when needed to hide shopping purchases.

Same here. I also kept the beige cargo cover from my 2010. If anyone wants it send me money for shipping and it's yours.

Its just a check box on the order. If the dealer added it, it comes with it.. otherwise it wont anymore by default. Has nothing to do with HD pack.
