Locking Front and Rear Diff

Does any of the Defender 90's from 95-97 come with locking diffs on the front and rear? I know they do come with the center locking diff, also about the lower ratio transmission on the 97 auto, But I have a Defender 95 sw and 2006 LR3 , was wondering if anyone knew if there was one availble for the 5- Speed defender?

As far as I know the only Land Rovers that have came with anything other than a locking center diff or the viscous on the RR is the new LR3 with a rear locking diff.

All others can be upgraded, but not installed from the factory.
