Lower fog lights

I was curious what tool works the best to trim down the bumper ends.... dremmel, exactor knife, teeth, etc?

p.s. I will send in a couple dollars towards the site...January is probably a lean donation month.

I cut the plastic end caps with a hack saw. Seemed to work well, just go slow, as to follow the line. I used the bend in the plastic for the line and cleaned the rough edge with sandpaper but I suppose a dremel would make short work of that.
