What material is this?
I originally thought it was plastic, but then when I started to clean it it seemed more like a matte finish paint. Then, I talked to someone who said that it is "shrink wrap plastic" on most vehicles. I am just wondering if anyone here knows for sure.
Also, out of curiosity, is there a part number for it?
